Within Germany we charge for your delivery: 5 €.
Within the EU we charge for your delivery: 8 €
Outside the EU we charge for your delivery: 13 €.
Depending on size and weight, shipping is climate-neutral by Deutsche Post or DHL.

Delivery within Germany takes between 2 to 4 working days. Within the EU 3 to 6 working days and for worldwide deliveries about 7 working days. If you have ordered goods by prepayment, the delivery will take place after receipt of payment on our account.

Please contact us briefly by email at info@kipepeo-clothing.com and tell us your order number and which products should be exchanged or returned. We will ship the new products as soon as your returned products have arrived at our warehose in their original condition.

If you keep goods worth at least 50 € with your order, the return of the other articles is free of charge. If you have not bought and kept €50 worth of goods, you will have to pay the return costs for other items yourself. To receive a return label, please send us an email with your order number to the email: info@kipepeo-clothing.com

Please send us a short information about which goods should be returned or exchanged via email to: info@kipepeo-clothing.com.
Then send the goods to our warehouse with a copy of your order/invoice:

You are welcome to use the shipping box in which you received your Kipepeo products for the return shipment. Please make sure that the goods are unworn and in their original condition.

You will receive your credit at the latest 10 days after the goods have arrived at our warehouse.

You can return goods to us 14 days after you have received them. If it takes a few days longer, that is no problem! Please contact us by email if the exchange/return deadline has been exceeded.

Please wash your Kipepeo adult and children's shirts at 30°. Baby products can also be washed at 60°. Kipepeo products are made of 100% organic cotton, so they should never be tumbled in the dryer as they may shrink up to 3 % in length.

Kipepeo shirts with breast pockets made of traditional East African Kitenge fabrics should only be washed together with dark fabrics, as even pre-washed Kitenge fabrics can discolour a little.
